Greeley's food scene has been building quietly for years. This week it gets its first real showcase. Fork Around & Find Out, organized by the City of Greeley, the Downtown Development Authority, the Greeley Chamber, and Visit Greeley, runs Monday, October 19 through Sunday, November 1, 2026. Thirty-three spots are in: downtown fixtures, food trucks, coffee shops, breweries, bakeries, and distilleries, each running a fixed-price special at $15 or $25. Organizers originally aimed for 50-plus spots; the official specials guide confirms 33. We ran our usual check against the official guide: every special below comes from the published list, and four of them feed two people for $20 or less.

The format is simple. Every participating spot picks a fixed-price special: $15 or $25. No coupons to clip, no apps to download, no spending floors to clear. You show up during the event window, order the special, and that's the price. Two weeks long, so you can hit more than one. The catches, such as they are: hours vary by spot, a few specials only run certain days, some are dine-in only, and a couple of places are closed one or two days a week. Hours are all over the map, so check before you go. Ellie's is closed Sunday through Tuesday. Crabtree and Wiley Roots are closed Mondays. Smokin' Dave's is closed Monday and Tuesday. Wing Shack's deal is dine-in only. Some specials only run certain days (Coyote's $25 lunch for two is Monday through Friday, 11 AM to 4 PM). Greeley deserves a real restaurant week, and now it has one. Four specials pass the two-for-twenty test outright, six more are worth the stretch at $25, and the whole thing runs two full weeks starting Monday.
