A family-run Hmong kitchen in East Fresno — the page's first Hmong spot. Read on its own Owner.com menu: Hmong sausage with sticky rice is 13.17 and a single order of hand-rolled egg rolls is 4.23, so two share a real plate plus rolls for 17.40 total.

An East Kings Canyon Vietnamese spot that fans call the best pho they've had in the U.S. — rich, dark broth loaded with noodles and meat, plus Viet-Chinese fusion rice dishes and an incredible iced coffee.
