The 10-inch is $11.00, and the pasta column is quietly the budget move: spaghetti marinara $7.50, chicken alfredo and spaghetti with meatballs $8.50, so two pastas run $16.00. House and Caesar salads are $4.00. Kids eat free on Tuesdays at this location. The 16-inch, at $20.50, just misses.

The Texas patio-cafe chain is running a Double Happy Hour: Sunday through Thursday, 3–6pm and again 9pm–2am — bean-and-cheese nachos $3, a three-pack of chicken flautas $3, loaded fries with carne asada $3, and Cabana Refreshers $2.50. Two people mixing three $3 plates and two drinks sit around $14 all-in, one of the cheapest hot table-fulls in Spring during the windows. It's a limited-time promotion, so confirm it's still running before you drive. The Louetta Crossing store is Spring's.
