What started as a 2019 front-yard pop-up is now a downtown fixture on Calle Cuatro, grilling USDA Black Angus prime over mesquite charcoal. It won LA Taco Madness in 2023 for good reason — the arrachera and ribeye tacos come out smoky and juicy, the salsa bar runs deep, and the loaded "Papa Loka" baked potato is a sleeper hit. A downtown Santa Ana favorite where the al pastor comes off a proper trompo — the taquero dabs the tortilla on the spit to catch the drippings before it hits the comal, then flicks down a piece of pineapple onto your taco.
