Cocina México Lindo Taqueria
4.9★ Hidden-Gem Taqueria
A tucked-away 4.9-star taqueria with cute decor, outdoor seating and a big menu — the burrito campechano (steak and chorizo), birria torta, queso fundido and a great salsa lineup. Tacos and burritos keep two around $18, and the staff treat you like a regular. SoCal and Arizona, locals say, have nothing on this place. Closed Mon.
La Morenita Ricos Tacos
$3 Al Pastor Tacos · Open Late
A Hall Boulevard taqueria whose parking-lot smells will pull you in — al pastor with real chunks of pineapple, juicy asada, great salsas, and a strawberry horchata regulars rave about. Tacos run $3 each and a bean-cheese-rice burrito is cheap and filling, so two eat for around $18, open till 11pm. Order at the counter. Open daily.
Tan Tan Cafe & Delicatessen
Vietnamese · Pho Ga & Banh Mi
A charming, spotless Vietnamese cafe-deli on Broadway with fragrant pho ga (the fried-shallot touch is special), brisket pho, banh mi and steamed bao, plus a little market of Asian snacks and sauces up front. Prices are very reasonable, so two eat for around $20. A genuine westside favorite, now open seven days.
Phở King Good
Massive Pho Bowls · Great Price
A long-running Hall Boulevard pho house (cheeky name, serious soup) that fans call the best pho in the area — massive bowls, a rich broth, and a lotus salad worth ordering, all at a great price. One big bowl can nearly feed two, so two eat for around $20. Friendly, quick, welcoming. Closed Tue.
Lanna Thai Kitchen
Authentic Thai · Khao Soi & Pad See Ew
A warm, colorful Thai spot on Hall with some of the most authentic cooking on the westside — pad kee mao with real wok char, khao soi, pad see ew, panang curry, and plenty of vegetarian options, all at prices that beat most Thai places around. Two eat for around $20. Kind owner, on-point service. Open daily.
Bombay Chaat House
Indian · Biryani, Chaat & Naan Tacos
A beloved Indian spot at the Aloha Food Carts with rich, fresh, well-priced cooking and tons of vegan options — veg samosas, pakodas, garlic naan, malai kofta, aloo gobi, butter chicken and naan tacos, in generous portions. Two eat for around $20, and people drive from Vancouver for it. Closed Sun & Mon.
Parseh Restaurant & Bakery
Persian & Mediterranean · Gyro Combo
A 4.8-star family-run Persian-and-Mediterranean spot on Lombard, a real hidden gem — tender gyros with fries, hand-formed burgers (add a fried egg), falafel, and house pastries, all from unbelievably kind owners. The gyro-and-fries combo keeps two around $18. Quick, friendly, and you'll want to go back. Open daily.
Bumper Burger
4.9★ Burger Truck · Hand-Cut Fries
A 4.9-star burger truck parked back among the nurseries in west Beaverton — fresh-made burgers with crisp veggies, a perfect 50/50 patty, and shoestring hand-cut fries done right (there are even 50¢ puppy patties). A burger each lands right around $20; add a fry to share and you're a dollar over but full and happy. Closed Mon.
The Vegan Phoenix
All-Vegan Comfort Food
An all-vegan comfort-food spot (5.0 stars) at BG Food Cartel doing burgers, a famous chicken-bacon club, BLTs, loaded hot dogs, waffle fries and even s'mores — the vegan chicken texture genuinely surprises. The club is huge, so split one plus a side and two eat for under $20. Gluten-free options and a kids menu too. Closed Mon.
Habu Smoke Cart
Hawaiian Smoke Meat · Big Plates
The only Hawaiian-style smoke-meat cart in the metro (4.8 stars, at the Aloha Food Carts) — unique house smoked meat, teriyaki chicken that's a cut above, kalua pig, and the best Hawaiian mac salad around, in big portions from a genuinely nice owner. Plates are large, so split one or do a plate-plus-side and two stay around $20. Lunch only; closed Sun–Mon.
Casa Latina
Venezuelan & Colombian · Arepas
A friendly Latin spot at BG Food Cartel doing arepas, taqueños, ceviche and a churrasco platter that's a bonafide steal at $14 (with yuca fries and huancaína sauce). Lean on the platter and arepas and two eat for around $20. A different-from-the-usual taste of South America, run by the owners themselves. Closed Sun.
The Frying Scotsman
British Fish & Chips (Split a Plate)
A beloved fish-and-chips cart at BG Food Cartel turning out thin-crispy battered cod and haddock (gluten-free batter available) with thick chips, coleslaw and tartar — the guy will steer you to the haddock. A cod plate easily splits between two with sides, keeping you around $20 (the halibut is the $18-ish splurge). A real taste of Britain on the westside. Closed Sun.

MOD Pizza
One 11" Pizza Split Two Ways — $15.29, Unlimited Toppings
MOD fast-fires an 11-inch build-your-own pizza in about three minutes, and the model is one price however many of the 40-plus toppings go on it — the chain's own words are "the price always stays the same." The 11-inch MOD-size with unlimited toppings reads $15.29 at the 2695 SW Cedar Hills Blvd store on MOD's own ordering system, August 2026 — $7.65 a head when two people split it, which is the cheapest honest way through the door. MOD sizes a salad it labels "Mega (Feeds 2)" outright at $16.54, so one order is dinner for both of you without touching the pizza menu. Want your own pie each? Two 6-inch minis with cheese run $16.58. Worth knowing before you go: your first purchase as a MOD Rewards member earns a free MOD-size pizza or salad, which makes round one genuinely two for the price of one. The trap is drinks — two 16 oz fountains add $7.18 and put the loaded 11-inch at $22.47, past the line, so drink water or drop to the $12.09 cheese build. MOD prices by store, so confirm at yours — the spread across the cities we checked runs $11.89 to $16.59 for the same pizza.

Pick 6 — Seasonal Meal-for-Two Deal
The Pick 6 lets two build a shared meal — six items across wings, tenders and sides — from about $19.99.
