The Logan institution (6,000-plus reviews and counting) — a beloved family diner doing chicken-fried steak, hickory burgers, giant shakes, and the famous fried-dough scone with honey butter. Plates now run $12–15, so two people land around $24 — a bit past the cap, but portions are big enough that splitting a favorite plus a scone keeps it near $20. Open daily, even Sunday. A downtown Main Street sub shop locals say beats Subway every time — fresh bread, a flavorful hot pastrami, a solid gyro with sauce on the side, and a good spread of toppings. A genuinely diverse local spot with a menu spanning South American, Vietnamese pho, Indian butter chicken and naan, a cult peanut-butter burger, shrimp spring rolls and a Cuban sandwich. Mexican Combos Under $10
A cute, cafeteria-style Mexican spot in North Logan with a self-serve salsa-and-fried-onion bar, big portions and several combos under $10 — a taco, tamale and enchilada plate runs about $8, plus a little for rice and beans. Two eat full for around $18, and you can add more and they just tack it on. Open daily, even Sunday.
El Rinconcito de Logan
$1 Birria Tacos · Churros
A 4.8-star family Latin-American spot downtown — the famous $1 birria tacos run on Thursdays, and the #6 combo is the perfect amount to share between two for around $20, plus churros and horchata. Homemade tortillas and kind, careful service. A genuine hidden gem just off Main. Closed Sun.
El Toro Viejo
Beloved Sit-Down Mexican · Big Portions
A long-running Main Street favorite (2,400-plus reviews) with festive decor, free chips and salsa, and famously huge portions — chili colorado, pollo cilantro, chimichangas. Plates run a touch higher, so lean on the combos or share a platter and two land around $20. Open daily including Sunday, when most of Logan's spots close.
Black Pearl Asian Bistro
Sushi & Chinese · Lunch Special
A quiet, family-run spot on North Main doing sushi, Japanese and Chinese with great value — regulars note the dinner-for-two could easily feed four, and the lunch special is a steal. Fresh sashimi, sesame chicken, avocado egg roll and the best miso soup around. Two eat for around $20, less at lunch. Open daily.

A friendly Greek-and-Mediterranean spot near 1250 N with mountain views — gyros $6.99, crispy (not rubbery) calamari, Greek fries with harissa, and cinnamon pita bites. Most plates land in the low-to-mid teens, so two eat for around $20, and two gyros alone run about $14. Closed Sun.

The Center Street slice shop with a proper college-town pizza-joint feel — thin-crust slices, a great cheese bread, a solid beer selection, and a big free lot around back. Slices run a few dollars, so two split a handful for around $15–18. Fast, casual, and right downtown. Open daily.

Sourdough-Crust Pies (Split One)
A tiny, art-filled downtown shop turning out what plenty call the best pizza in Utah — sourdough crust with a touch of char, tossed and baked in front of you. A pie easily feeds two, so split one (the margherita or the dill-licious) plus a Cobb salad and two stay around $20. Worth the small wait. Closed Sun–Mon.

A downtown Main Street pancake shop and diner with a fun, couch-strewn upstairs — lemon-poppyseed and citrusy specialty pancakes, big stacks (the kid stack feeds plenty), plus a well-liked burger with tots. Two eat breakfast-anytime for around $18–20. It can be slow when busy, so come a touch early. Closed Sun.
Herm's Inn
Historic Canyon Breakfast (Share a Plate)
A historic landmark diner at the mouth of Logan Canyon, beloved for breakfast — meat-lover skillets, eggs Benedict, crepes, and a giant cinnamon-swirl pancake — with portions so big regulars split one plate and still leave stuffed. Share a skillet and two eat for around $20. Pretty patio, expect a weekend wait. Closed Mon.
The Beehive Grill
Loaded Nachos + Chips — $16.08
A downtown Main St brewpub doing scratch bar food since 2016, and open Sundays — rare for Logan. Off its own site the full Fully Loaded Nachos are $11.29 and chips & salsa $4.79, so two share for $16.08, comfortably under $20 after Logan's ~7% tax.
Jack's Wood-Fired Oven
Split a 10-inch Wood-Fired Pie — $13.50
A downtown favorite for scratch, wood-fired 10-inch pies. Its own menu prices a Margherita at $13.50 — one pie split two ways keeps two under $20 even with tax. Add $6 Lyon garlic bread for a fuller shared meal (right at the line after tax).
Los Primos
Burrito + 2 Sopes — $16.99
An authentic Salvadoran-and-Mexican spot on South Main. Off its own site street tacos are $1.75, tacos $2.75, sopes/gorditas $3.50 and burritos $9.99 — so a burrito plus two sopes feeds two for $16.99. Weekend birria and menudo run $11.99.
Fredrico's Pizza
Split a Medium Cheese — $14.99
Logan's oldest pizza joint, family-run since 1958, on the east bench near USU. Off its own menu a medium cheese pizza is $14.99 and splits for two, or the lunch special — 6-inch one-topping, salad and garlic bread — is just $9.39. Comfortably two-for-$20.

Jacksonville's biggest food export reaches here too: founded in 1994 by two firefighter brothers, now 1,200+ stores — with one store in town at 1077 North Main #110. The $5 Firehouse Snackers (BLT, Cordon Bleu, Sweet & Spicy Ham, Turkey Jalapeño half-subs) feed two for $10.75 all-in, and two small 4-inch Hook & Ladders run $12.78. The 8-inch mediums most people order run $10-plus — the only medium pair that stays near the line is the build-your-own ham or turkey. Priced on the chain's own ordering system at its Jacksonville San Marco store, July 2026 — prices vary by store, so confirm at yours.

Pick 6 — Meal for Two from $19.99
The Pick 6 lets two people build a shared meal — choose six items across wings, tenders, and sides — starting around $19.99. A reliable two-for-$20 play at any BWW. Dine-in or takeout; pricing varies slightly by market.
Del Taco
Get A Lot Pack $8.99 · $1–3 Value Menu
The California-born taco-and-burger chain — Del Tacos, crinkle fries, quesadillas and a deep $1–3 value menu — has a Logan store at 497 E 1400 N, open 24 hours (on Del Taco's own locator). Two share a Get A Lot Pack (a pile of tacos and burritos) for $8.99, or build a spread off the value menu, and eat for well under $20 any day — even with Cache County's ~7% tax. Taco Tuesday runs 3 tacos for $2.49.
